What do Caregivers do?

Provide a wide range of home and community based services to special needs clients. We also do offer the ability to provide host home services to caregivers who are interested in providing residential services .

What is the process to becoming a provider?

A background check, CPR/ first aid, valid ID, auto insurance, w9, and a contract are the first steps to getting started. Contact Jazmine today and let us know you are interested in working with Williams World. She will walk you through the process step by step.

Can a family member or friend become a provider?

Absolutely, we can on board your friends or family to compensate them for state funded services covered by the clients waiver. If you want more information or have questions please contact Jazmine.

What is the compensation?

Williams World pays based on the service provided. Compensation ranges roughly from $14-30 /hr.

What are the requirements?

We require our caregivers to be kind, reliable, consistent, loving and passionate. We look for those that are excited about working with special needs kids and adults. When we pair a family to a caregiver we expect a special relationship and bond to grow over time as we want to offer the best personalized care possible for every clients individual needs.
